Sausage and Cream Cheese Dip

This is one of Geoff's favorite "football foods"

1 pound of ground sausage
2 8oz pkg. of cream cheese (softened makes it easier)
1 can of rotel

Brown sausage in a pan and drain off excess fat. Add cream cheese and stir constantly over low heat. Add the can of rotel while cheese is slowly melting. Cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is mixed thoroughly (it usually only takes a few minutes). Serve hot.

Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips (preferably those "scoopable" ones)
